These Terms and Conditions govern your use of entredos.com and, where applicable, purchases made directly from Entredos (“Entredos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these terms before creating an account, using our services, or placing an order.

By confirming your age, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns, or a material breach of these terms. Closing an account does not cancel existing orders or remove information we are legally required to retain.

Saving a product, completing a quiz, or sending a purchase inquiry does not create an accepted order. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unaccepted order, as required by applicable law. Any such restriction must be disclosed for the relevant product before purchase. Hygiene restrictions do not remove your rights when a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed. Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable purchase conditions and legal requirements. The time needed for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider. For purchases made through a third-party seller or platform, use that seller’s return process.
